Thushaaram Holiday Home is a self-service villa located at Kuttikkanam. This is not a typical homestay where the owner of the property stays on the same property. At Thushaaram holiday home, you are given access to the full house to enjoy your vacation. This holiday cottage, originally developed by the owners as their vacation home, is built in the middle of plantation spread across about one acre of hillside land, on the shore of a small river.

- Common bathroom for two bedroom and Attached bathroom for one bedroom

It is located in a residential area near to Mar Baselios Engineering College in Kuttikkanam. But the geographical location of the property will give a feeling of being away from the rest of the world in a calm and quite an area. There are few neighbouring houses who are very friendly people.

We are trying to maintain an environment-friendly, plastic free property and the guests are expected to be part of it by not littering the area with plastic and not intruding into the privacy of people in the neighbourhood.
Update :
New Annex room added to the thushaaram Holiday home . It is a capsule room with one double bed , TV , laptop table with Power outlet ,internet access a small foldable stool , a compact bathroom with regular sized fittings and a water heater . Currently it is provided as an add-on facility to existing group of persons who check in to Thushaaram . The facility can be rented out as an individual facility if the main building is not booked for that specific date .
