- This is a Self serviced villa and not a hotel or resort . The basic spirit of our facility is to treat it like your personal holiday home . Our caretaker will ensure a clean house , linen , towel and internet when you check in . After that you are using the facility at your privacy . We do not have a full time cook or orderly at our facility to support for you .
- We are NOT charging anything extra for using our kitchen facilities like LPG and other utensils ,but you are expected to keep in clean after you use it , and also place the waste on the waste bins provided . Please keep the plastic waste separate from bio degradable waste.
- Respect the privacy of the neighbours and avoid noisy night parties . We do not have any restriction on use of alcohol , but we do expect responsible behaviour .
- If any irreversible damage happened with any items in the villa , please update the same with the caretaker . If that damage is caused by the guest , he/she is supposed to pay for the same .
we are flexible on early check in and late checkouts if we have free time slots . Please tell us in advance if you require an early check in or late Checkout. Else the standard check in is at 2 PM noon and checkout is 11 AM .
